We believe that treatment has better outcomes when the therapeutic relationship is strong and we are working collaboratively. We use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, as well as other treatment orientations in our work.
Hannah Avers offers life coaching to assist you in setting and achieving your goals as well as identifying obstacles that might be holding you back. Life coaching is a service that is not covered under insurance and is self-pay only.
