Adam is a licensed professional counselor who has been working in the field since 2014. He began working in a community mental health setting, helping clients to improve their daily functioning. He has worked on mental health crisis teams and completed crisis intervention assessments in a busy emergency room in Baltimore, MD. Most recently, Adam worked in a mental health clinic focused on substance use treatment. He has worked with teenagers, young adults, and adults. He takes a solution focused approach when working with clients, building on their existing strengths to help build resilience and utilize health coping skills.
Adam completed undergraduate work at Lock Haven University of PA and Millersville University of PA, and earned his Master’s degree at the University of Baltimore. He obtained his LGPC in 2016 and LCPC in 2018 for the state of Maryland. Adam obtained his LPC for Pennsylvania in 2021.
