Kari is a licensed therapist who has been in the mental health field since 2009. She has a diverse background of professional experience ranging from school and community social work, residential treatment facilitating, county casework, and crisis intervention. Kari transitioned to private practice and outpatient therapy in 2023 and has been utilizing her skills treating individuals facing anxiety, trauma, and relational and emotional stress.
Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, past trauma, or difficult relationships are weighing you down. As a licensed therapist, Kari believes in creating a safe, supportive space where you will feel heard, understood, and challenged to grow. She uses a relational and honest approach, blending empathy with direct feedback to help you uncover patterns, process emotions, and move toward lasting change.
