Krista is an LAPC, currently working towards licensure. She has worked in diverse professional settings including; outpatient setting, wraparound therapy services, mobile therapy and private practice. Krista is passionate about working with children, teenagers, and families. She utilizes a person-centered approach, along with cognitive-behavioral techniques.
Krista welcomes all by encouraging a calm and nurturing space. Her approach is supportive, direct, and creative. She encourages out of the box thinking, and finding your authentic self. Her goal in session is to help you understand and regulate your emotions, find an inner peace, and live a balanced life.
Krista completed her bachelor of arts in psychology from Shippensburg University in 2009. She completed her masters of arts in counseling psychology from Immaculata University in 2012.
