Tiffany has experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and spiritual struggles. Her approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and strength-focused, helping clients draw on their inner resilience while developing practical tools for change.
