Ava is an outpatient therapy intern at Avers & Biddle. She graduated from Millersville University with her Bachelor of Social Work in 2026 and is now working towards her Master of Social Work, which she expects to finish in May 2027. During her previous internship, Ava supported incarcerated parents and their families. She has also worked at the Boys & Girls Club and provided home health care for individuals and children.
Ava enjoys getting to know people and wants clients of all ages to feel comfortable talking with her. She is interested in a strengths-based approach, CBT, DBT, and finding creative outlets with her clients. Ava continues to grow as a therapist through supervision, education, and training.
Ava is currently welcoming new clients seeking support as they work toward meaningful change. While she completes her master’s-level internship, sessions are offered at a reduced rate of $50 each.
