Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. She began her career in 2016, working with individuals and families who were impacted by or struggling with addictions. Nicole is also experienced in couple’s therapy and enjoys working with clients to increase intimacy, respect, affection and aid clients in removing barriers in communication and increasing empathy.
Nicole has worked with a variety of co-occurring and mental health issues. She believes that in order to live up to our fullest potential we need to take time out of our busy lives to take care of ourselves- which includes taking care of our mental health. Nicole is passionate when working with her clients and enjoys helping them to identify what changes they would like to make in order to grow and move in the direction of their goals. She believes in a personalized approach to therapy. Just as each person is different, so is their journey.
Nicole holds the following credentials:
- Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Wilmington University
- Obtained a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, COAMFTE accredited- July 2016 from Northcentral University
- Is a Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CAADC)
- Has a license to practice professional counseling in the state of Pennsylvania
